Job Description- Provide legal counsel on corporate and finance transactions specific to the life sciences sector.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex agreements and contracts.
- Advise clients on compliance and regulatory matters within the life sciences industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and oversee due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting the life sciences sector.
- Contribute to the development and training of junior associates within the legal department.

TheSuccessful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York Bar.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and finance transactions, especially within the life sciences industry.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $310,000 USD, based on JD year.
