Job Description- Provide legal counsel on investment management matters, including fund formation and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements related to investment management activities.
- Advise clients on legal and regulatory developments affecting the investment management sector.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support client needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries related to investment management legal issues.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal services. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the professional services sector.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Strong knowledge of investment management regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and drafting skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
