Description- Provide comprehensive legal advice on financial services regulatory matters.
- Assist clients in navigating compliance issues and regulatory frameworks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support client cases and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory challenges.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and advise clients accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Support senior attorneys in high-profile cases and initiatives.

ProfileA successful candidate should have:
- 5-7 years of broker‑dealer regulatory experience.
- Strong academic credentials and prior major law firm experience.
- JD (or equivalent) and admission to a U.S. bar, or ability to become admitted.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and perform under pressure.

- Competitive base salary range of $225,000-$435,000, depending on JD year.
