We are assisting a top AmLaw firm in their search for an associate with 2–5 years of experience in fund formation and asset management. The role is on site and based in New York City.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds, including fund structuring, asset manager compensation, and other tax matters related to asset management. Experience with REITs is a plus but not required.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience.
