A leading AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Finance & Restructuring Practice
. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes financial disputes, representing clients in complex matters involving commercial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation. The role provides exceptional exposure to cutting-edge financial issues while working alongside a highly regarded, nationally integrated team.

Candidate Profile
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction
    , in good standing
  • 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
  • Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation
    , including drafting
    legal documents
    , conducting discovery and depositions
    , preparing for trial
    , and participating in motions practice
  • Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and advocacy abilities, both written and oral
  • Proven capacity to work collaboratively across offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in financial
    , commercial
    , and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums
  • Manage all aspects of litigation
    , including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions
    , briefs
    , and memoranda
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy
  • Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $180,000– $300,000
