• Provide legal counsel and support for private equity and M&A transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and analyze legal risks for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice on corporate matters.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments affecting private equity and M&A.
• Mentor and guide junior associates on legal matters and best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong knowledge and experience in private equity and M&A transactions.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
