Job Description- Provide legal counsel and support for private equity and M&A transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and analyze legal risks for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice on corporate matters.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.
- Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments affecting private equity and M&A.
- Mentor and guide junior associates on legal matters and best practices.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.

TheSuccessful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong knowledge and experience in private equity and M&A transactions.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $365,000 to $435,000 USD.
