Litigation Associate Attorney; Hybrid

Innovation Driven is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7+ years of meaningful experience handling complex real estate litigation matters in the New York State Supreme Court and the commercial and residential landlord-tenant parts of the New York City Civil Court.

This is a fulltime and hybrid (4 days onsite/1 day remote) position at the law firms office in New York.

This associate will handle all matters including drafting pleadings, substantive motions, conducting settlement conferences, arguing varied motions, conducting depositions, engaging in pre-trial conferences, conducting trials, and being comfortable in making frequent court appearances.

• 3-7+ years of experience in Litigation
• Active New York bar
• A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients
