While prior experience with Community Association (Condo/HOA) collections is preferred, we welcome candidates with general collection, foreclosure and/or related experience who are interested in transitioning into this specialized and growing field. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to apply their skills in a new context and develop an expertise in community association collection matters.

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of collection and foreclosure matters from inception through conclusion, including litigation strategy, drafting and reviewing pleadings, court appearances, and client communication, while working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and client-focused legal solutions in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-4 years of collections and foreclosure and/or litigation experience.
  • New Jersey Bar Member
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of FDCPA
  • Must be client focused and committed to exceeding our clients’ expectations

Salary range: $120-140K annually
