Commercial Litigation / Construction Counsel
We are seeking a mid-level attorney to join a growing New York City practice supporting both commercial litigation and construction-related matters
. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on responsibility, client interaction, and working across a diverse range of disputes within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement support
- Assist with construction-related disputes, contracts, and risk analysis
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on strategy and case management
- Manage matters independently while contributing to team-based initiatives
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 4–9 years of relevant legal experience
- Background in commercial litigation required
- Active New York Bar admission
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with construction law, construction disputes, or related matters strongly preferred
