Corporate Paralegal, Legal & Compliance Group - (2600000C)

The Corporate Paralegal will handle a wide range of legal matters on an international basis supporting the Legal & Compliance Department.

• Assist with document production.
• Assist with record file management and reference binder maintenance.
• Assist with the department budget and expenses globally.
• Assist with legal operations and system administration for the various department electronic systems.
• Assist with intellectual property renewals, filings and files globally.
• Assist with corporate secretarial and governance matters for certain entities as needed.
• Assist with know your customer requests.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist with legal and compliance matters as needed.
• Assist with notarization and apostille processes.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Assist with projects as assigned.

• Corporate paralegal experience with a recognized law firm, corporate legal department, other professional services firm or insurance company preferred.
• College degree or paralegal training or degree.
• Excellent communication skills in all media.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft suite.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Notary in New York County or notary registration on file there.

$63,000 - $90,000

The annualized base pay range is a broad range based on analysis of similar positions in the market. The actual base pay for the position may be above or below the listed range and determined by a number of considerations, including but not limited to complexity, location, and scope of the role, along with experience, skills, education, training, and other conditions of employment.

Base salary represents one component of Allied World’s comprehensive total reward package, which may also include annual incentive compensation rewards.
