Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is partnering with a highly regarded, mid‑size New York law firm to fill a junior‑level Bankruptcy Associate role focused on creditor‑side bankruptcy practice.

New York City, NY

The associate will be involved in a broad range

Tester bankruptcy and restructuring matters, gaining early and meaningful responsibility. Key duties include:

• Legal research and drafting
• Preparation of pleadings and related court filings
• Attendance at court hearings and proceedings
• Direct exposure to substantive aspects of cases across the lifecycle of a matter

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school, preferably class of 2024 or 2025
• Bankruptcy or restructuring experienceabsorbed preferred (including during law school or clerkships)
• New York Bar admission required or pending
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Interest in creditor-focused bankruptcy work

• 2026 base salary range: $195,000 – $205,000, commensurate with experience and credentials
