Salary $130,000 - $160,000 per year

• Provide expert legal support for a wide range of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and mortgage‑based transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence for all real estate transactions, including reviewing titles, conducting lien searches, and assessing potential risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, lease agreements, and loan documents to ensure they align with the company’s interests and comply with all legal regulations.
• Provide legal counsel to the company on real estate matters, such as property rights, contract interpretation, zoning laws, and other related issues.
• Coordinate with other attorneys, paralegals, and professionals within the company to manage legal risks and ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and provide proactive advice to the company.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Active member in good standing with the state bar.
• Proven experience in conducting and analyzing due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Exceptional knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and corporate law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential legal issues.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
