ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a skilled litigation attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join our legal team. This role manages a wide range of insured and uninsured litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions in a fast‑paced, global environment. The ideal candidate excels at litigation strategy, risk assessment, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DOManage commercial, tort, and IP litigation matters.
Direct outside counsel and ensure strategic, cost‑effective case management.
Advise internal teams on litigation risk, strategy, and resolution options.
Coordinate with insurers and brokers on claims and coverage.
Support internal investigations and pre‑litigation disputes.
Oversee discovery, witness preparation, and document production.
Develop and maintain litigation protocols and reporting systems.
Monitor legal developments relevant to the business.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORJ.D. from an accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
4–8 years of litigation experience (law firm and/or in‑house).
Experience with insured and uninsured litigation matters.
Strong grasp of civil procedure, insurance coverage, and risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
Experience in live events, entertainment, or media is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary range: $130,000–$140,000
, commensurate with experience. Includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, paid vacation, and 401(k).
