Job Description
  • Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and investigation cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on legal matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to achieve client goals.
  • Maintain compliance with legal standards and regulations.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality service.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and investigations within the professional services industry.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving results.
