Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and support on real estate business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
- With paralegal support, conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, surveys, and other related documents.
- Work directly with clients, internal teams, and external parties to ensure successful transaction closings.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel.
- Support the firm’s commitment to fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the New York state bar.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
- A detail‑oriented approach to working independently and collaboratively.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 USD.
- Reasonable 1,700 billable hours target.

Candidate requirements:
Must be based in the New York / Tri‑State area, able to work from the Dumbo, Brooklyn office 4 days per week, and hold US work authorization without requiring sponsorship.
