Responsibilities- Assist in handling a variety of M&A transactions as part of the expanding Mergers & Acquisitions group.
- Minimum of three years of experience handling a variety of M&A transactions, including private equity and/or other private target transactions.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is required.
- Excellent academic credentials.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
