Corporate Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking a mid-level Corporate/M&A Attorney to join its dynamic and growing Corporate Practice Group

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including:
• Stock and asset purchase agreements
• Ancillary acquisition agreements
• Employment and consulting agreements
• NDAs
• Limited liability company agreements
• Stockholders’ agreements and other corporate governance documents
• Coordinate with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure transactions progress smoothly and deadlines are met
• Take an active role in managing transactions from start to finish

• 5-10 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with regular client and opposing counsel interaction
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Billable hours expectation: 1,600 annually
