Financial Services Litigation Mid-Level Associate

Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate attorney with at least four years’ experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation to join the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group in New York City. The ideal candidate will have taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery and the day-to-day management of cases.

Outstanding advocacy and communication skills, oral and written, are required;
Experience with securities litigation, arbitration and/or enforcement matters is preferred.

Required

• Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school (T14 school is preferred.)
• Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.
