IP Legal Assistant

Source Pro Search  is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IP Legal Assistant with experience in patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement. • Perform daily case management tasks, including organizing and maintaining trademark, copyright, and patent dockets.
• Conduct factual research to compile infringement evidence for enforcement on retail platforms, lawsuits, and/or cease & desist letters.
• Act as a liaison between the business team and outside IP counsel, providing critical support and communication.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record.
• At least 2 years of legal assistant support experience, preferably in an IP‑related role.
• 2+ years of practical work experience, ideally in a detail‑oriented professional office environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Adobe.
• Advanced skills in docketing and conducting online research (e.g., Lexis Nexis, PACER).
• Experience in online intellectual property enforcement, including Amazon Brand Registry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
