They are seeking a 3rd or 4th year Litigation Associate, with some experience working on bankruptcy matters, that values work‑life balance and being part of a congenial team that achieves success together as well as independently.

• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience at a law firm.
• Strong experience in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial.
• Some experience working on bankruptcy matters is a big plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• A self‑starter with great client management skills.
• JD and strong academic credentials from a top, ABA‑approved law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York (active member in good standing).
• Ability to work independently.
• The approximate annual base salary for this position is $275,000 depending upon the qualifications of the individual, and level/years of relevant experience. They also offer a discretionary bonus.
