The firm is recognized for its commitment to excellence and has built a reputation handling complex insurance defense, insurance coverage, and civil litigation matters. This role focuses on motor vehicle and premises liability defense and provides the opportunity to step into meaningful responsibility right away.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Take the lead on depositions, motion practice, and case strategy.
- Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters across New York.
- Collaborate with seasoned litigators who are leaders in their field.
- Strengthen your litigation and negotiation skills while working directly with clients.
- JD from an accredited law school and active state bar admission.
- 3+ years of insurance defense experience (motor vehicle and premises liability required).
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management abilities.
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
- Stable work history and a drive for professional success.
- The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
