Responsibilities
- Work closely with product manager and engineering team to ensure smooth feature rollouts
- Decide which features to build next by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing improvements of the product
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Assist product support teams for new customer onboarding to the product
- Coordinating with product marketing and sales team
- Acting as an intermediary between front-line support team and engineering team
- Support and monitor daily operations of the product to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Collecting key application performance metrics at periodic intervals over time
- Monitoring daily the customer file upload performance and error rate in the product
