RoleToppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Document Specialist to join our New York, NY team. You will be a part of our Bridge Service and Operations team working closely with our internal Customer Care, Consulting, and Product Support teams on client disclosure documents.
Responsibilities- Participate in Document Set-Up, Optimization, and editing (both content and formatting) of client documents
- Actively participate and may lead client training
- Troubleshoot Word formatting and HTML rendering issues
- Collaborate with professional services teams with the goal of providing exceptional service to our clients
- BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of document styles/print
- 1+ year previous work experience in a similar client service environment preferred
- 1+ year of advanced word processing or desktop publishing experience preferred
