Our client is currently seeking a skilled Complex Claims Specialist who is proficient in handling claims in the Excess and Surplus line, equipped with substantial knowledge in Claims Adjustment and Litigation Experience.

• Investigating and assessing complex claims to determine valid excess and surplus lines liabilities.
• Engaging and collaborating with legal experts to manage claims involved in litigation.
• Adjusting claims by evaluating the insurance policy terms and assessing claim validity and value.
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and internal policy requirements throughout the claims process.
• Serving as a specialist to mentor and provide guidance to other claims adjusters on complex cases.

• Strong proficiency in handling Excess & Surplus claims with a sound understanding of insurance laws and contracts.
• Evidence of successful Claims Adjustment for complex cases.
• Direct experience in managing Litigation processes with the ability to engage effectively with legal counsel.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of United Banking Code regulations impacting claims adjustment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
