• Manage NY Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims end-to-end.
• Determine compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments.
• Coordinate with medical providers, employers, attorneys, and case managers.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NY WC regulations and client guidelines.

• 3+ years NY WC Lost Time experience.
• 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration.
• Strong jurisdictional knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
