As a Financial Services Consultant at New York Life and NYLIFE Securities, you’ll provide clients with education, strategies, and products to secure their financial future, while building your own rewarding career. In this client-based role, you'll run your own practice with the support of a Fortune 100 company. You’ll offer customized solutions through life insurance, investments, and long-term care insurance. Your hard work will be valued and rewarded, helping you and your clients build a secure future.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, blending in-office work with community events, networking, and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in sales, customer service, or consulting (preferred).
- Life, Accident, and Health license required or willingness to obtain within a reasonable time.
- Series 7, 66, or 63 license preferred but not required.
- A desire for an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion to help others.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
It is also a plus if you have strong interpersonal management skills, are a self‑starter, and capable of working individually as well as in a team environment.

- Build and grow a personal book of business through relationship‑based networking and professional referrals
- Serve clients through New York Life Securities, leveraging a platform with $808B+ in assets under management, and Eagle Strategies, a registered investment advisor overseeing $35B+ in fee‑based assets
- Establish trusted, multi‑generational relationships by delivering ongoing planning, guidance, and fiduciary‑minded advice
