Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement and maintain IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security of IT infrastructure.
• Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of system updates.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
