As a Senior Release Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in bringing these next-generation capabilities to market — ensuring that rapid innovation is matched with disciplined execution, regulatory rigor, and operational excellence. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting into Engineering, designed for someone who thrives in high-velocity fintech environments and wants to directly shape how AI-powered products reach the market.

• Own End-to-End Release Execution — Drive release governance from ideation through production deployment and stabilization
• Lead integrated release planning across AI, platform, and core product initiatives
• Establish clear readiness criteria and quality gates
• Provide executive visibility into release health, risks, and trade-offs
• Enable Rapid, Agile Release Cycles — Support high-frequency release cadences across cloud-native environments
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices are aligned with release governance
• Adapt plans quickly as AI models, features, or regulatory requirements evolve
• Balance speed-to-market with production stability and risk controls
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment — Align Engineering, Product, Data Science, Compliance, Security, Legal, and GTM teams
• Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple product lines
• Lead launch readiness reviews and go-live approvals
• Ensure Sales and Customer Success teams are equipped ahead of release
• Embed Compliance & Risk Discipline — Integrate SOC 2, data privacy, audit, and financial controls into release cycles
• Ensure documentation, testing, and validation standards meet private markets requirements
• Partner with Security and Risk to maintain regulatory integrity while innovating rapidly
• Drive Continuous Improvement — Develop and track KPIs for release velocity, predictability, and quality
• Lead post-release retrospectives to improve processes and reduce friction
• Standardize scalable release playbooks for AI-driven and traditional products

What You Bring

Experience

• 8+ years in Release Management, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Operations
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, private equity technology, fund administration platforms, or regulated SaaS environments
• Demonstrated success managing complex releases in fast-paced, high-growth settings
