A research-driven fully systematic hedge fund in Manhattan is hiring engineer to work on live trading systems and execution infrastructure.
This role sits close to the trading desk and focuses on operating, improving, and evolving the firm’s trading and order management systems. You’ll handle real-time execution edge cases, build automation around trade workflows, and integrate new brokers and venues into production systems.
What You’ll Work On- Operate and supervise live trading systems
- Enhance trading and order management infrastructure
- Build automation around trade booking and one-off processes
- Integrate new brokers and trading venues
- Handle real-time production issues with precision
- Strong C++ fundamentals and production systems experience
- Helpful to have background in trading systems, OMS, execution, or exchange connectivity
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Comfort working in real-time, high-stakes environments
- Solid intuition around probability/statistics (systematic trading context)
