Technical Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Procurement Analyst with approximately 5 years of experience in technology procurement to support the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS, software, cloud, and IT service vendors. This role will manage vendor onboarding, coordinate due diligence, and ensure accurate purchase order and payment processing.

This position partners closely with Technology, Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable to ensure compliant, efficient, and timely vendor engagements.

• Support sourcing and procurement of SaaS platforms, software licenses, cloud services, and IT consulting
• Assist with pricing validation, renewals, and commercial term review
• Manage vendor intake through shared procurement mailbox and workflow tools
• Partner with Privacy, Security, and Legal to ensure compliance requirements are met

• Track contract status, approvals, and signatures
• Support Data Processing Agreement (DPA) coordination and documentation

• Create and manage purchase orders aligned to approved contracts and budgets
• Ensure accurate GL coding and cost center allocation
• Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and facilitate timely vendor payments

• ~5 years of experience in technology procurement or IT vendor management
• Experience supporting SaaS and cloud vendor engagements
• Familiarity with privacy and security review coordination (including DPAs)
• Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management systems (Ironclad preferred)
• Hands-on experience creating purchase orders in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Coupa, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple vendor workflows simultaneously
