- Experience:
3+ years in SaaS customer success/facing roles (Required). - Analytical
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English. - Mindset:
High ownership, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments. - Bonus: SQL, Hub Spot, or BI tools (Tableau).
