Product Manager

10+ years of experience in pogram management, product management managing large programs or portfolio of applications
Ability to work as individual player and team leader
Experienced in budgeting, planning and stakeholder management, risk, and Impact analysis
Plan and manage projects based on organizational and technical guidance in collaboration with various stakeholders including Product Owner
Manage product documentation, resource forecasting/capacity planning and dependencies
Understanding various program management or product management techniques such as clarity
Manage multiple applications and product platforms as part of entire prise aquisition
Identify modernization opportunities, including simplification, consolidation, performance improvements, and enhanced network-based risk decisioning.
Partner with Risk Technology, Network teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Strategy to shape long-term platform capabilities.
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for authorization and risk features.
Map current legacy workflows and translate them into target-state capabilities on the new authorization system or network.
Lead migration planning including dependency assessment, sequencing, change-management strategy, and operational readiness.
Drive execution through agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and release planning. Support the team through the various migration phases (build, parallel test, ramp up, cutover, fallback and decommission)
Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
Coordinate functional tests, performance validation, and end-to-end readiness assessments.
Facilitate alignment across domains on migration strategy, risk controls, customer impact, and timeline.
Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
