As the first dedicated PR and Communications Manager, you will lead Injective’s media strategy, bridging the gap between crypto-native innovation and mainstream financial media. You will shape narratives around tokenization and DeFi, securing high-impact coverage across global publications to grow brand authority for one of the industry's fastest-growing institutional blockchain ecosystems.

• Join a high-growth ecosystem valued at $1.34B with backing from top-tier investors including Mark Cuban and institutional partners like Deutsche Telekom.
• Take full ownership of a PR function from scratch, moving beyond the crypto echo chamber into major mainstream financial and tech outlets.
• Work at the cutting edge of Web3 finance on a protocol that has already processed over 2 billion on-chain transactions with sub-second finality.

• Create and execute end-to-end media strategies and press materials to amplify Injective’s narrative across crypto, tech, and finance sectors.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with key journalists, influencers, and podcasters to proactively secure consistent, high-quality press placements.
• Partner cross-functionally with SEO, content, and leadership teams to prepare briefing materials and maximize the digital impact of earned media.

• 4–10 years of PR experience, ideally from an agency background, with a proven track record of personally securing top-tier media placements.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in the crypto or Web3 space with an established network of industry-specific journalist contacts.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex DeFi and blockchain infrastructure topics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
