We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented User Experience Researcher to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, you will be responsible for conducting user research to inform product design and development. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and executing research studies, analyzing user interactions and feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying design thinking methodologies to enhance user experiences.
You will help turn insights into actionable recommendations that guide the creation of user-friendly and customer-centric designs.
- Proficiency in User Research and UX Research methodologies
- Knowledge and application of Human-Computer Interaction and Design Thinking principles
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret research data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in a consumer-facing industry or e-commerce is a plus
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies
- A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction
