As the first dedicated Technical Account Manager at V7, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution. Managing a high‑growth book of business, you'll drive 140%+ net revenue retention by identifying expansion opportunities and building custom AI agents. This foundation role offers a direct path to leadership as V7 scales toward $25M ARR.

What you will do
  • Drive net revenue retention of 140%+ by identifying new use cases and upselling AI agent solutions into diverse enterprise departments.

  • Design, build, and present custom AI agent workflows to VPs and stakeholders, demonstrating verifiable AI logic to solve complex compliance and accuracy challenges.
The ideal candidate
  • Genuinely technical professional capable of building AI agents end-to-end and navigating various LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) without significant hand-holding.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS customer success or account management role with a sharp focus on commercial growth and expansion rather than just support.
  • Highly adaptable communicator with a technical or science degree (CS, Math, Physics) who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments where the playbook is still being written.
