We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Sr Product Manager – Technical to lead the development of innovative AI solutions in advertising clean rooms. This role will play a pivotal part in helping advertisers measure, analyze, and optimize their campaigns across Amazon Ads. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights, our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with real customer outcomes.

As part of the Amazon Marketing Cloud team, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions designed to help advertisers maximize their brand‑building efforts by leveraging AI. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build robust, data‑driven reporting products. You will help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and drive tangible business outcomes.
Your responsibilities include working backward from the customer to identify needs, partnering with engineering to build scalable event‑driven architectures to process billions of impressions and conversions daily, and driving adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Base salary range: USD – annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
