VP, Marketing Effectiveness

Location: New York

• Leads a cross-functional team performing and delivering data requirements, dashboards, custom and ad hoc analyses (advertising performance, website analytics, survey design/analysis, ROI modeling, cross channel analysis).
• Exhibits strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.
• Leads (and is the voice of) local/national department initiatives, elevating the work, providing training, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• 6+ years in marketing analytics with knowledge of the media planning process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in simple terms
• Strong organizational skills, political instincts, and proven-leadership ability
• Familiarity with MMPs and site analytics:
Adobe and Kochava experience is preferred
• Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama)
• Advanced MS Office Skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
