The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success & Product Intern to join our NYC team. You'll work directly with our customers, making them successful and identifying gaps in their process, bringing it directly back to our product & engineering teams. This isn't an internship where you sit on the sidelines. This is a role that is truly going to move the needle at Spur and you'd be working with our customers & prospects from your very first day on the job.

What You'll Do- Help customers translate their critical user journeys into natural language tests.
- Respond to customer support tickets and troubleshoot test failures across the platform.
- Lead product walkthroughs for customers on new features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering to surface edge cases and customer feedback.
- Build internal documentation and resources. Get hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, and agentic QA systems.
- Review Post Hog & Our Analytics platforms to analyze user sessions, and relay tactical product feedback & feature requests to our product and engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication—you can explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Recent graduate or current Junior / Senior with a degree in Computer Science (major or minor) and coursework or interest in business.
- Genuine curiosity about AI agents, automation, and how software gets built.
- Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Bonus:
Experience with QA, testing tools, or customer-facing roles.
