Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Midnight (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
OverviewSeeking an experienced Tier 2 Desktop Support Consultant to join a 24/7 onsite operations team.
This role supports critical facilities including Rail and Power Control Centers. The consultant will handle hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, system administration, and enterprise application support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier 2 onsite technical support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows and Apple OS environments
- Support enterprise and Oracle client applications
- Use Service Now for ticket management
- Ensure IT standards and security compliance
- 4–6 years of Tier 2 IT support experience
- Strong experience with Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, Exchange
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Cisco devices, TCP/IP networking
- Experience with HP Jet Admin, Symbol handheld devices
