IT Intern in Bali

As an IT Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth deployment and management of our internal and external tech infrastructure. You will work on building production-ready code, enhancing networking infrastructure, and providing solutions to technical challenges across the company.

• Assist in deploying production-ready software , ensuring smooth integration and operation across cloud-based and on-premise systems.
• Support the configuration and ongoing maintenance of networking infrastructure , including routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Contribute to building and automating CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development-to-deployment process.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and assist development teams in resolving production-related challenges.
• Monitor system performance and assist in optimizing IT infrastructure for enhanced scalability and uptime.
• Document systems, configurations, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team.
• A Bachelors/Masters degree in IT , Computer Science, or a related field.
• IT Infrastructure Management :
  Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and VPNs, to maintain secure and scalable systems.
• Deployment & CI/CD :
  Experience in deploying production-ready code and managing CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and seamless deployment.
• Cloud Platforms :
  Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for system deployment and management.
• System Monitoring & Optimization :
  Ability to monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for better efficiency and uptime.
• Troubleshooting :
  Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to networking, deployment, and systems.
• Documentation :
  Ability to create clear and concise documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
