Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain real‑world IT experience? We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want to develop hands‑on skills in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals, assisting in resolving technical issues, setting up hardware, supporting end‑users, and learning industry best practices.
Maximum 25 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues under supervision.
- Provide first‑level support for Microsoft 365, email, printers, and other IT services.
- Help with installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows/Mac).
- Document support requests using an IT ticketing system and escalates when needed.
- Assist with user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access requests).
- Support mobile device management (MDM/UEM) platforms such as Workspace ONE UEM.
- Participate in IT projects, including hardware upgrades and system rollouts.
- Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices to keep systems and data secure.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate solutions effectively to non‑technical users.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related program.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Interest in IT troubleshooting, networking, and security concepts.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with IT support (even from school projects or personal experience) is a plus.
- Hands‑on training with experienced IT professionals.
- Real‑world experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- Opportunity to gain certifications knowledge (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.).
