Develop and deliver integrated, end-customer go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and activation frameworks that align HPE's portfolio to the most critical enterprise transformation decisions. Responsible for shaping and operationalizing HPE GTM strategy within global marketing across products, services, and solutions, with a strong emphasis on outbound, customer-facing impact. Defines and drives adoption of GTM frameworks that guide marketing, sales, partner, and communications teams in how HPE engages customers.
Develops and maintains core GTM narratives, value propositions, and strategic plays that translate market dynamics into clear, actionable engagement models. Aligns cross-functional teams and processes to ensure consistent execution, message integrity, and strategic focus. Establishes benchmarks, adoption metrics, and feedback loops to continuously improve GTM effectiveness and impact.
This Master-level individual contributor role is responsible for leading GTM Strategy and Evangelism for HPE's FY26 go-to-market framework, with a focus on market megatrends and Customer Acceleration Plays (CAPs). The role exists to ensure that HPE's GTM strategy is not only well-defined, but deeply understood, consistently applied, and confidently executed across the entire GTM engine.
This individual serves an architect, content creator and evangelist for how HPE goes to market-translating complex market dynamics into clear strategic narratives, practical frameworks, and repeatable engagement models. They will drive adoption of the FY26 GTM framework across marketing, sales, communications, partners, and enablement teams worldwide, while evolving the framework over time as market conditions change.
The role balances strategic development with visible leadership: shaping core content and messaging while actively educating, influencing, and aligning internal teams, partners, analysts, and customers. Success is measured by adoption, fluency, consistency, and confidence across the GTM organization-by how effectively the framework changes behavior and improves alignment at scale.
Responsibilities- Support the development, evolution, and evangelism of HPE's GTM strategy across FY26 market megatrends and Customer Acceleration Plays.
- Translate market dynamics and enterprise transformation trends into clear, compelling GTM narratives and engagement frameworks.
- Develop, own, and maintain core megatrend assets, frameworks, and messaging that anchor marketing, sales, and partner motions.
- Drive adoption of the GTM framework across global marketing, sales, communications, and partner teams through education, enablement, and influence.
- Serve as a visible GTM thought leader-presenting to customers, internal teams, technology partners, channel partners, analysts, and executive audiences.
- Support and guide the development of Customer Acceleration Plays, ensuring alignment to megatrend strategy and consistency across the portfolio.
- Act as a strategic filter and authority for GTM work, with the ability to redirect or stop off-framework efforts that dilute focus or clarity.
- Establish adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and feedback mechanisms to measure framework usage, fluency, and behavioral impact.
- Partner closely with enablement, campaigns, BU marketing, and sales leadership to reinforce consistent execution without owning day-to-day programs.
- Continuously refine the GTM framework to reflect evolving market conditions, competitive dynamics, and customer priorities.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, enterprise marketing, and transformation storytelling.
- Proven ability to translate complex market and technology shifts into simple, actionable GTM frameworks.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leaders, customers, and analysts.
