The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT to support Salesforce and related enterprise systems at the YMCA of Greater New York. This role focuses on analyzing business and technical requirements, supporting system design and delivery, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with IT standards and organizational goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Three (3+) years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Analyst supporting Salesforce platforms in an IT delivery environment.
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or enterprise system integrations.
- Experience working in a nonprofit environment, with an understanding of mission-driven operations and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, SDLC, and IT delivery processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within IT governance frameworks.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for requirements and backlog management.
- Ability to document system architectures, data flows, and integration dependencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack) preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is desirable.
