Director, Digital Content

Location: New York

The Director, Digital Content is responsible for the strategy, development, and publishing of content across our owned digital channels - including social media, company websites, intranet, and email. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and operations, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and compelling across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor;

comfortable navigating a complex enterprise environment while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

** Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
** Preferred Skills & Experience
** 7-10 years of experience in digital content management, content marketing, or related roles Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Proficiency with CMS platforms, particularly Word Press Experience  managing social media channels for a brand Familiarity with intranet/SharePoint publishing platforms

Experience with content analytics and reporting tools Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to support content workflows Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience in Advertising, Media, Publishing, and/or Enterprise B2B Tech

Experience with Akumina or similar enterprise intranet platforms
