The Data Analytics Associate will be part of the team supporting the bank-wide data management programs, especially on data/business analytics, and improving business results through the usage of data throughout the organization.
ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to
Data Analytics- Domain Understanding:
Work closely with business teams to understand their specific domains and data requirements. Formulate data needs based on business context and objectives. - Data Source Identification and Quality Analysis:
Identify relevant data sources and conduct data quality assessments, root‑cause analyses, and propose remediation solutions. - Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - BI Reports Development:
Collaborate with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense) to build dashboards with visualizations to monitor performance. - Presentation and Communication:
Create compelling presentation decks using tools like PowerPoint. Present data analysis results to business leaders and management. - Predictive Analytics:
Leverage AI/ML techniques to generate insights and drive improved business outcomes.
- Advocacy and
Education:
Promote data analytics practices and technology adoption within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required at the time of hiring;
Master’s degree preferred. - Internship experience in Data Analytics related roles preferred.
- SQL and Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tools experience preferred.
- Proficiency in: SQL (e.g., dynamic SQL, stored procedures, process automation), Statistical Packages (e.g., Python) for analyzing datasets, Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI) for visualization preferred.
- Technical expertise in AI/ML preferred.
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
USD $50,000.00 – USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
