Lead Product Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Leader to help define and grow a new data platform for AI builders. This is an early‑stage role with significant ownership, working closely with engineering and design to shape how ML engineers and researchers manage data, train models, and build AI agents. You will be responsible for setting product direction, validating ideas with real users, and driving execution.

The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, research, and go‑to‑market teams, and your work will directly influence how the platform differentiates itself for customers and partners.

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the data platform, aligned with overall company objectives.
• Work directly with users and partners to understand needs, validate product ideas, and achieve strong product‑market fit.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
• Track the market and competitive landscape to identify trends, risks, and new opportunities.
• Lead product discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration, from early prototypes through to production releases.
• Support go‑to‑market efforts by providing clear product context to sales, solutions, and marketing teams.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally working on developer-focused products or data infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience launching successful products in fast-moving environments, with strong collaboration across engineering and design.
• Solid understanding of AI, data platforms, and cloud-native architectures; a hands‑on technical background is an advantage.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical concepts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
• People management experience, including building and mentoring product teams.
• Experience with generative AI products, workflows, or research environments.
