We're looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, design, and user experience. You’ll be a core contributor in shaping Web3 products that abstract away complexity and delight users. This role is highly collaborative, with opportunities to work across frontend, backend, and smart contract layers, while also influencing product strategy and design decisions.

Design, build, and ship user-facing features that make Web3 more intuitive and accessible.

Work across the stack from frontend interfaces to backend services and blockchain integrations.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn concepts into high-quality, scalable products.

Translate complex blockchain mechanics into simple, usable product flows.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while contributing to engineering best practices.

Participate in product discovery, offering insights on technical feasibility and user experience.

Stay up to date with the latest in Web3 tooling, frameworks, and ecosystem trends to inform product development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of software development experience, ideally in fast-moving product-driven environments.

Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).

Solid backend experience (Node.js, Type Script, or similar).

Familiarity with smart contracts and blockchain development (Solidity, ethers.js, web
3.js).

Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture.

Strong product sense with the ability to empathize with users and influence product decisions.

Comfortable in highly collaborative, startup-style environments.

Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and bias for execution.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in Web3 projects such as DeFi, NFTs, wallets, or infrastructure.

Background in design systems or user experience engineering.

Contributions to open-source projects.
