• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in process documentation and strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Experience with Agile methodologies and PI Planning
• Ability to decompose complex business needs into actionable user stories
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as JIRA, Snowflake, and Tableau
• Expertise in using insights and KPIs for continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
