About the CompanyA fast-growing B2B2C fintech is seeking a senior GTM leader to architect and scale its revenue engine across Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management. The company builds modern payment infrastructure for highly regulated industries and partners with enterprise customers to help them move, manage, and monetize payments at scale.
The RoleThis leader will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, define ICPs and vertical focus, and build the operating model that drives predictable, repeatable growth. The role sits above Sales, CS, and Account Management and works closely with executive leadership to shape how the organization enters new markets and structures its revenue teams. This is a strategic operator role, not an active selling position.

- Background building revenue systems, processes, and motions in high-growth environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and scalability to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Enterprise-level GTM experience preferred
