  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 6 years of experience within platform, infrastructure, or regulated product areas with user-facing experiences (e.g. privacy, security, trust & safety).
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience developing product strategies and launching technical products.
  • Experience in public policy or relevant international regulatory frameworks (e.g., ePrivacy, GDPR, DMA).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading and partnering with high-performing cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, Data Science, etc.).
  • Outstanding collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Track record of leading through ambiguity, managing customer/client needs, and navigating a complex, multi-layered stakeholder landscape.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $192,000‑$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
